Our 6-week prenatal program is now available in sequence charts. The sequence charts are suitable for moms who want to practice on their own time and anywhere! It's easy to use and follow. You can practice however many times you want in the week (recommended at least 2x and at most 5x a week). Each week has a different focus: fundamentals to restorative poses. You can start at any time and end at any time. After finishing the 6 weeks, you can start all over from week 1.
You have to get a clearance from your doctor before practicing on your own and you must be over 14 weeks into your pregnancy. You can practice up to full term (40 weeks). Please be careful when you practice; listen to your body and, if you do not feel good or something does not feel right, please stop immediately and contact your healthcare provider. Golden Rule: Do not constrict, compress, or strain your belly.
Once you have made the purchase, the sequence charts will be emailed to you. If you are purchasing for someone else, as a gift, please provide the email address of the receiver.
